Pinellas County chiropractor offers free care to first responders, heath care workers – ABC Action News

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla.– Some people can simply feel the tension of the pandemic all the method to their bones.

Darlene is a retired law enforcement officer and current flight attendant. She knew it was time to get her back cracked, before her patience split.

PINELLAS NEWS|The current headings from Pinellas County “I started feeling some tension, I stated,'well it's time to start taking care of me, I need to make my way back into the chiropractic practitioner, physical therapy, look after myself initially,' so I can look after my household,” said Darlene.

Dr. Richard Tantillo, with Alexander Spine Center, stated you can throw your body out of positioning from various ways, consisting of handling a pandemic.

“Emotional tension, physical stress, both can manifest itself in the same method, joint pain, neck discomfort, low back pain, mid-back pain, headaches,” stated Tantillo.

So Alexander Spine Center is using totally free chiropractic care to all Pinellas County first responders in between now and the end of June.

As for Darlene, she motivates all very first responders to make the most of the relief she is currently feeling. She said it's OKAY to take time out for your own well being.

“People around you, whether they are your clients, your customers, your clients, they are extra stressed and you are trying to assist them with their tension so at the end of the day you bring home everybody's stress,” said Darlene.
