AMMON– Construction on the Hillcrest Plaza near Modern Home in Ammon is now total and a brand-new renter is preparing to relocate.
Brent Wilson with TOK Commercial tells EastIdahoNews.com The Joint Chiropractic is the first of four occupants moving into the structure.
David Essuman is the owner of the business, and he says they're expecting opening at some point in October in the 1,200-square-foot unit 2nd from the east.
“Nothing is main in this time of … COVID,” Essuman says. “We prepare for an October open date, but it simply depends upon my specialist and the city in terms of allowing.”
A grand opening is being planned in combination with the opening date, which will consist of prizes and activities. More information are forthcoming as the date gets better.

The Joint Chiropractic is a national franchise that uses back modification and manipulations for customers with neck or pain in the back. It is catered particularly to clients requiring regular maintenance care. Those with serious neck and back problems will be referred somewhere else.
But what makes the business particularly unique, according to Dr. Timothy Cannon, who will be running the clinic, is its concentrate on “offering inexpensive chiropractic care in a hassle-free method.” The center accepts walk-ins just and does not accept insurance coverage.
“Insurance costs a lot … and all of the billing for insurance takes a great deal of time, so most doctors work with a company or a private to (manage that). That increases the costs of the sees,” Cannon says.
Essuman says all the policies associated with insurance coverage are an inconvenience and makes running a center more complex. By eliminating insurance, he states it “assists maintain versatility, while alleviating … discomfort.”

Another unique element of The Joint is the business design. It focuses on several various health strategies as prescribed by a chiropractic physician in-house.
The basic strategy is $69 each month, which includes 4 sees throughout the month and $10 for each additional check out. There is a similar plan for youth 17 and under for $39 per month.
Those who don't want to pay a monthly membership can acquire a 6, 10 or 20-visit package. A one-time visit is $39 and brand-new patients can get an adjustment for $29.
