We will never ever understand the senselessness of the loss of Brian's life – a life that brought a lot delight, meaning, companionship, and love to others. We are grateful to the police officials -and particularly the Idaho State Police and the Bonners Ferry Police -who worked tirelessly and vigilantly to uncover the fact. Still, those efforts can not alter the reality for Jennifer, Brian's children, or his parents and brother or sisters. Brian's death has actually left a space in their lives and the neighborhood as a whole. His children will grow up without the caring dad who was their rock and champion. His bride will not age with him, sharing the happiness and concerns of raising their children together. We all remain ravaged and pray for justice. We appreciate the respect for our personal privacy at this time.

“My client, we believe, suffered a terrible brain injury on or about August 28, 2020, “Bolton stated in court Thursday.”That brought an entire host of issues when he was then the next day brought in for questioning by law enforcement in this matter. I think today he may still today have some proof in his brain of this injury and he may need treatment for this injury.”
